While working with GS1 UK, I managed the production of an animated video explaining the organisation's role across industries including retail, healthcare and food.

The aim was to communicate a fairly complex subject in a simple, engaging way, using illustrations, animation and a friendly tone of voice. My role involved coordinating external suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing feedback and overseeing the project to ensure it stayed on brief, on schedule and within budget.

The finished animation brought together the different areas of GS1 UK's work in a clear, approachable format.
